Express Post: If you require your order to be posted Express, please contact us . (Additional postage payment may be required)
Please note: We will choose the shipping method based on delivery location and delivery speed. If the delivery address is in a metro area we will typically use Courier as they are usually faster.
If the delivery address is in a remote or rural area and it’s a small-medium package we will typically use Post as Couriers don’t service remote or rural areas whereas Post does and would be the faster delivery option.
Late or Delayed Parcels
Please be advised that while we make every effort to process orders same-day or within 48 hours some delays may arise due to factors beyond our control.
Unfortunately sometimes, and in rare cases, despite our best efforts to process orders as quickly as possible, issues may arise from the shipping carrier such as delays. Please remember that ETA is simply “Estimated Time of Arrival” and does not guarantee that packages will arrive on the specified date. Some may arrive earlier, and some may arrive later. In the majority of cases if a package is delayed it will arrive within 3 days of the ETA date.
Please understand that once the package has been posted we don’t control the transit process and have no authority over the package once it leaves our warehouse.
Please be mindful that weekends, public holidays, bushfires, Christmas season and other factors may affect delivery times and cause delays.
**Due to Covid-19, some delivery delays may occur. Once you have received a confirmation email advising that your order has been processed, your parcel is no longer with us and is with the delivery carrier. Tracking activity is currently being updated slowly due to heavy demand with courier companies and Australia Post so please allow additional time for tracking updates.
**PLEASE ALLOW 7 BUSINESS DAYS BEYOND ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE BEFORE CONTACTING US !

If your package has not been delivered within 7 days after the ETA according to the tracking number, please contact the carrier.
